Bart Starr is a former professional football player and MVP of the fist two Super Bowls.

Starr was the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers from 1956-1971 and helped them win NFL Championships in 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, and 1967. Starr is the only player to quarterback a team to five championships.

During Bart Starr’s 16 NFL seasons, he completed 1,808 passes for 24,718 yards and 152 touchdowns. Starr also gained 1,308 rushing yards and scored 15 touchdowns on 247 carries.

In 1977, Bart Starr was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and earned four Pro Bowl selections.

Concluding his playing career, Starr became the Head Coach of the Packers for nine seasons (1975-1983), accumulating a 52-76-3 record.
